Official Rules and Regulations
Open to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.



1. SPONSOR AND CONTEST PERIOD

The Tiger Balm Cup Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Haw Par Healthcare Limited, the manufacturer of Tiger Balm products (the “Sponsor”). The Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 19, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).  The judging period for the entries will run from July 20, 2026 to July 26, 2026 (the “Judging Period”).

Inception Marketing Inc. and Acosta Group are the Sponsor’s agents involved in marketing, promoting and administering the Contest (the “Contest Agents”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec), who has reached the age of majority or older in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. The Contest is void in Quebec.  An entrant must meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Official Rules from the time of entry until the time they are confirmed a winner (if they become a winner).

The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees of the Sponsor,  employees of the Sponsor’s respective affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, or employees of the Contest Agents, and the immediate family members (defined as mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, and/or legal or common-law spouse) of any employee of the Sponsor or  the Contest Agents’, and all persons residing in the same household as any such employee.

3. HOW TO ENTER

No Purchase Necessary. To enter the Contest, an entrant must complete both of the following steps during the Contest Period:

(a) Post a short video (maximum 30 seconds) to TikTok showing an original soccer goal celebration. The video must be posted publicly, must include the contest hashtag #TigerBalmCup, and must tag the official Tiger Balm Canada TikTok account (@tigerbalmcanada). The video must be the entrant’s own original content. Entries must not contain dangerous stunts, illegal activities, offensive content, or material that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyrighted music. Entries containing such content will be disqualified.

(b) Complete and submit the official entry form at the Tiger Balm Canada contest page on the Tiger Balm website (the “Contest Website”). The entry form requires the entrant’s full legal name, email, phone contact number, province of residence, and the URL of their TikTok entry video. The entry form constitutes the official legal entry into the Contest.

Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on July 19, 2026 (the “Contest Closing Time”).  Entries received after the Contest Closing Time will not be accepted. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entry videos must remain publicly viewable on TikTok for the duration of the Contest Period and Judging Period. Videos that are made private, deleted, or otherwise rendered unavailable will be disqualified.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE

The following prizes are available to be won:

First Prize (1): One (1) Visa or Mastercard prepaid gift card with a value of $1,500 Canadian dollars (CAD).

Second Prize (1): One (1) Visa or Mastercard prepaid gift card with a value of $500 CAD.

Runner-Up Prizes (5): Five (5) Visa or Mastercard prepaid gift cards, each with a value of $100 CAD.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $2,500 CAD.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. In the event a prize cannot be awarded for any reason, including but not limited to force majeure, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited and shall have no cash value. Visa and Mastercard are not sponsors of or affiliated with this Contest. Gift card terms and conditions are governed by the issuing financial institution; the Sponsor is not responsible for administering or ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of any gift card.

The approximate odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received before the Contest Closing Time.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND JUDGING

This is a contest of skill. Winners will not be selected by random draw. Following the close of the Contest Period on July 19, 2026, all eligible entries will be reviewed during the Judging Period and seven (7) winners will be selected by a panel of judges comprised of representatives from the Sponsor and/or one or more of the Contest Agents. (collectively, the “Judges”).

Entries will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria, in order of priority:

(i) Creativity: the originality, humor, and overall creative concept of the celebration (primary criterion); and

(ii) Execution: the quality and effectiveness with which the celebration is performed and presented (secondary criterion).

The Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, including the selection and ranking of winners. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, contains content that is offensive, inappropriate, dangerous, or that may expose the Sponsor to legal liability, regardless of its ranking under the judging criteria.

6. DECLARATION OF WINNERS AND AWARDING OF PRIZES

Selected entrants will be contacted by the Sponsor via TikTok direct message and/or the email address provided on the entry form  from the week beginning July 27 2026 onwards. To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must within the time period specified by the Sponsor:

(i) Correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question;

(ii) Sign and return a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”) within the time period specified by the Sponsor, in which the selected entrant confirms compliance with the Official Rules, acknowledges acceptance of the prize as awarded, and releases the Releasees (as defined in Section 7) from any liability in connection with the prize or this Contest; and

(iii) Provide a valid Canadian mailing address for prize delivery.

If a selected entrant does not fulfil each of (i), (ii) and (iii) above within the specified time, or fails to return the properly executed Declaration Release Form within the specified time, that entrant may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant. Prizes will be mailed to confirmed winners within four (4) weeks of prize confirmation.  No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with entrants, except those selected for a prize.

Winner names will be announced on Tiger Balm Canada’s TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram accounts following prize confirmation.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering the Contest, each entrant:

(i) Agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Contest, including judging of entries, which are final and binding;

(ii) Grants to the Sponsor, in perpetuity, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit, or otherwise use their entry video and entry content, in whole or in part, for advertising, promotional, or any other purpose, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation unless prohibited by law;

(iii) Waives all moral rights in and to their entry in favour of the Sponsor;

(iv) Confirms that their entry is their own original work, that they have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party;

(v) Confirms that all individuals appearing in their entry video have consented to appearing in the video and to the use of their likeness by the Sponsor as described in these Official Rules;

(vi) Confirms that any music included in their entry video is original or that they hold the necessary rights and licenses for its use; and

(vii) Agrees to release and hold harmless  Haw Par Corporation Limited, the Sponsor, the Contest Agents, and each of their respective agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property or other cause of action arising from their participation in the Contest.

Neither Haw Par Corporation Limited, the Sponsor, nor the Contest Agents are responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, falsified, or destroyed entries, all of which are void. Neither Haw Par Corporation Limited, the Sponsor, nor the Contest Agents are liable for any failure of the Contest Website, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, interruption, deletion, defect, or failures of any telephone or computer lines, networks, equipment, or software. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the TikTok account and email address used at time of entry.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, suspend, or amend the Contest or these Official Rules at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, the 2026 FIFA World Cup,  TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Visa, or Mastercard. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to these platforms or companies.

8. PRIVACY

The Sponsor respects your right to privacy. Personal information collected through this Contest will be used by the Sponsor and/or the Contest Agents only for the purpose of administering the Contest and prize fulfillment, including contacting and announcing prize winners and coordinating delivery of prizes. By entering the Contest, each entrant grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, city of residence, and entry video for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Contest, in any and all media, without further notice or compensation unless prohibited by law. The Sponsor and the Contest Agents will protect personal information in a manner consistent with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Entrant information provided as part of this Contest may be collected in, transferred to, processed, and stored in jurisdictions outside of Canada.  Such information will be subject to the general laws applicable within those jurisdictions, including, without limitation, possible access by regulatory authorities.

9. QUEBEC

This Contest is void in Quebec. Residents of Quebec are not eligible to enter. No prizes will be awarded to residents of Quebec.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property associated with the Contest, including but not limited to the Tiger Balm name, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, and the #TigerBalmCup hashtag, is owned by the Sponsor and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any such intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. This Contest is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or connected to FIFA, the 2026 FIFA World Cup, or any participating national soccer federation. All FIFA marks and World Cup marks are the property of their respective owners.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules and the Contest shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Contest shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
